Alan wilshire is the founding Director of Insight Project Services.

He has over 15 years experience in the area of Project Planning and Control and has successfully Completed Complex Projects in both Ireland & the UK.

During this time he has held senior roles with, Jacobs Engineering and the PM Group, and has worked with some of the world’s largest biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical companies.

His Knowledge covers many areas such as Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, Commissioning, Validation, and Sustaining Operations.
